- 1st May – Labour Day
- 3rd May – Constitution Day of 3rd May
- Corpus Christi Day (movable feast day, falls on Thursday in June)
- 15th August – Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
- 1st November – All Saints’ Day
- 11th November – National Independence Day
- 25th December – first day of Christmas
- 26th December – second day of Christmas
