Lodz University of Technology
The Lodz University of Technology is one of the best technical universities in Poland. It offers studies in 9 faculties,
3 colleges and International Faculty of Engineering (IFE). Lodz University of Technology offers studies in 51 first degree courses and 41 second degree courses with specializations tailored to the needs of the labour market and the latest developments in the relevant field of study.
There are 13 000 students studying in Lodz University of Technology. The University has a rich tradition of education in foreign languages, which is coordinated by International Faculty of Engineering know by this name for 30 years. It is a world- wide recognized innovative centre, educating in 17 technical courses in English and selected courses in French.
There are currently more than 1000 international students in Lodz University of Technology. Students have also an opportunity to get a double degree within the framework of partnership agreements with universities in France, Germany, China, Italy, or Ukraine. Lodz University of Technology is one of the top universities in student exchange Erasmus+ program and is entitled A mobility-friendly university. It is also a leader when it comes to number of students going on long-term, abroad summer internships under IAESTE program. Doctoral students from Lodz University of Technology also take part in two-way international exchanges.

The University of Lodz is one of the biggest universities in Poland, it has 12 faculties. In total, there are more than 27 thousand students in University of Lodz, from which around 2000 foreigners representing 100 nationalities.
More than 60 postgraduate studies educate more than 2,5 thousand people and more than 500 foreigners’ study at the Centre of Polish Language for Foreigners every year. Over 900 students are enrolled to doctoral degree courses.
Thanks to introduction of ECTS system (European Credit Transfer System) on all fields of study and signing 161 bilateral ERASMUS+ program agreements, University of Lodz’s students can continue their studies in 23 European countries.

Medical University of Lodz
The Medical University of Lodz is one of the biggest medical universities in Poland. More than 10 000 students are currently studying at 5 faculties and 15 fields of study. The University offers studies in English, with the medical, medical-dental, and doctoral programmes having an average of more than 400 foreigners per year, and a total of around 1000 in all degree courses.
Medical University of Lodz is the only university in Poland that offers studies for officer doctors for military health services in cooperation with the Ministry of De- fence. Clinical facility of the university consists of 3 hospitals, 80 clinics which gives 86 000 patients yearly and 1600 doctors. The university educates future doctors and specialists from medical and peri medical fields, also carries out scientific research, development work and provides research services.
Nationally unique scientific and research laboratories and a multimedia dentistry centre is in Clinical and Didactic Centre of the Medical University of Lodz. The Centre is adapted to carry out didactic classes on highest level.

The Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts Lodz
The Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz is one of the most recognizable artistic polish universities. At the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Design, you can get a degree in fashion design, textile design, jewellery design, interior design, design, painting, drawing, sculpture, artistic graphics, graphic design and visual information, photography and multimedia, animation, and art education. Studies are conducted in Polish. Around 1000 students are studying at bachelors, masters, and doctoral level. The Academy carries out exchanges of students and pedago- gues with nearly 80 artistic universities from the whole Europe under the Erasmus+ program. Higher Theological Seminary in Lodz
The Seminary prepares candidates to pastoral service in the parishes of the Archdiocese of Lodz. Formation cycle lasts
7 years and includes a propaedeutic year, a biennium of philosophical studies and a four-year period of theological studies combined (in the final year of formation) with catechetical and parish practices.
